The new iPad launching in 24 more countries this friday

The new iPad, released in an Apple event on 7th March, and soaring up in sales since then from pre-orders to actual sales (it sold 3 million units in the first weekend) , will be now launched in 24 more countries this friday.

Adding up the already 12 countries selling the tablet, the total countries hosting the sales will now be 36. The United States, Canada and France are among the initial 12. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden will be the next 24.

So if you are a resident of any of these 24 countries, you can very soon place an online order or have one in hand from an Apple store from this Friday, 8.00 AM.

Although the sales are exceptionally high, looks like Apple did expect the huge response as it still has a lot of tablets being ready to be bought and shipped!
